NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE 11th Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on SUNDAY 22nd. March 2009 at 8:30 pm at the De Tropicana Condominium Multi Purpose Hall for the following purpose:
兹通知本协会第十一届常年大会定于 2009 年 3 月22 日星期天晚上 8 点半在居民会堂举行。

1. To confirm Minutes of 10th AGM 2008 held on 20.04.2008
覆准前期第十届常年大会纪录 （20.04.2008)
2. To receive the Chairman’s Report and Financial Statement for the year ended 31 December 2008
接纳 2008/09 年度主席报告
3. To receive Treasurer's Report & Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008.
接纳财政报告与账目 （ 2008 年 12 月 31 日终结账）
4. To elect new Committee Members for 2009
推选 2009 年度新委员
5. To transact any other business for the due notice has to be submitted to the Association latest by 15th March 2009.
