2. To receive the Chairman’s Report and Financial Statement for the year ended 31 December 2008
接纳 2008/09 年度主席报告
3. To receive Treasurer's Report & Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009.
接纳财政报告与账目 （ 2009 年 12 月 31 日终结账）
4. To elect new Committee Members for 2010
推选 2010 年度新委员
5. To transact any other business for the due notice has to be submitted to the Association latest by 21 March 2010.
