NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 10th Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on SUNDAY, 20th APRIL 2008 at 8.00p.m. at the Residents' Community Hall for the following purposes:
兹通知本协会第十届常年大会定于 2008 年 4 月20 日星期天晚上 8 点在居民会堂举行。

1. To confirm Minutes of 9th AGM 2007 held on 25.03.07
覆准前期第九届常年大会纪录 （25.03.07)
2. Strata Title Status
3. To receive the Chairman's Report 2007/08
接纳 2007/08 年度主席报告
4. To receive Treasurer's Report & Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007.
接纳财政报告与账目 （ 2007 年 12 月 31 日终结账）
5. To elect new Committee Members for 2008
推选 2008 年度新委员
6. To transact any other business for the due notice has to be submitted to the Association latest by 12th April 2008.
处理其他事项 （须於 2008 年 4 月12 日前提呈於协会）
